- 3 cups purple cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- ½ small red onion, diced
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- black pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a shallow dish. Better flavour is achieved when ingredients can marinate in the fridge overnight.
