Pumpkin Patch Pudding

- 2 acorn squash
- ½ tsp Ceylon cinnamon (The Safer Cinnamon)
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- pinch ground cloves
- pinch ground nutmeg
Half and deseed squash. Cook face down in the oven on a baking sheet or glass dish at 375°F until tender, about 30 minutes. Scoop flesh into a large bowl. Add spices and mash together. Serve hot or cold and savor how wonderful!
